This fully lined Derby boot is made using baby calf, yearling, bovine or kangaroo leather. It is also able to be made on our dress shoe last, the Ladies Cambridge, for a more refined look, or the boot last, Charlie for a look that can be dressed up or down.

Upper: Choose between bovine, kangaroo, yearling and baby calf
Prices will vary depending on leather chosen and sole. Kangaroo leather has more texture and markings, the skin is strong, but it’s also very fine in thickness. The veg-tan roo also is a dry leather and thus high maintenance in that it needs regular conditioning to avoid it drying out. Yearling has similar body to bovine leather, but has a smoother grain and a more polished finish. It is also more readily dyed. Yearling and bovine are our preferred choices for regular wear. Bovine is a great choice for regular wear.
Sole: 3.5mm Italian oak tanned, hand waxed, Blake stitched or Blake Rapid leather sole. Stacked leather heel, Vibram top piece.

Fitting Guide:
Made on either our Ladies Cambridge dress shoe last with an almond-toe shape or our Charlie boot last with a more ridged toe (see pictured examples).
Please note that our Charlie boot last is available in half and full sizes from 6-10.
The Ladies Cambridge last is available in full and half sized fittings from 6-11.
