Bob Desert Boot Lasted
Details:
This is what happens to Bob when he hangs out with his boot pal, Gordon, for too long. All of a sudden, Bob goes from being a Veldtschoen to a fully lasted boot. The lasted Bob boot came about from someone wanting the sturdier construction of the McKay Welt as seen on our Gordon boots, but wanting the lower boot style of the Desert Boot.
Upper: Bovine leather fully leather lined. Leather heel counter and toe puff.
Sole: McKay Welted sole (Blake Rapid) with a stacked leather heel with stitched leather or rubber outsole. Note, if opting for the leather sole, we would very strongly recommend adding the 1/2 topy for protection, ease of repair and longevity.
Please note that fitting stock is available in the Ballarat flagship store and all our footwear is made-to-order. Lead times can be found in the footer of our website. Fitting stock will be based on Gordon boots or shoes, depending on toe shape.

We find that the fit tends to be half size down from what you might normally wear in a dress shoe, but we would always suggest coming in to try them on before purchasing online to be sure as every individual is different with how they wear their shoes/boots and what socks they wear.
