Repairs

Our Process

1

Ongoing Maintenance

At Wootten we don’t just make shoes; we maintain them as well.

All our footwear is made to last for a very long time with the right care and maintenance on your part as well, but those annoying laws of physics mean there’s no such thing as a shoe that stays intact forever. That’s why when you step out the door with your brand new pair of shoes or boots, we’re not thinking “goodbye forever” – we’re hoping this is (only) the beginning of a beautiful friendship (even if the next time we see you is in ten years).

Please note we only take on repairs on boots, shoes and bags that we have made ourselves. We just don't have the time or space to take on other brands or products for repairs.

Over the life of the shoe, the requirements for what you originally intended to use the shoe for may change. Hence, the customer has decided in rebuilding their sole that we will change it over from the original Starr nitrile rubber to the Vibram Tuscany sole.
