Hills Hats have been producing beautiful hats for hatwearers all over the world since 1875.

These Fedoras use a traditional 120g Merino wool felt with a soft cotton sweatband. A heavier weight felt (as seen in our dusky blue hue) will result in a stiffer crown and brim. The olive fedoras have a bound edge in a matching ribbon.

The leather band is made out of kangaroo and fitted and stitched in by us at our workshop in Ballarat.

The brim width is 7cm and you may flick the brim up or down.

Currently only available in Medium, Large and Extra Large sizing.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR HEAD

Take a tape measure, or you can use a piece of non-stretch string and then measure that afterwards. Wrap the tape around the circumference of your head; above the ears and across the middle of the forehead, roughly where you would comfortably sit a hat. Make sure it is not too tight or your hat will give you a migraine! It is better to be too big than too small because you can always add a piece of foam under the sweatband to bulk it up. Record the measurement in cm’s and compare to the size chart above for your standard size.
