Details:

A gift certificate can be used on any of our Wootten products that you see on our website. To use a gift certificate we will need to do it manually in store, via email or over the phone.

Please write in the ‘Notes’ section of your order 'who' to address the gift certificate to and who the gift certificate is from, and we will fill in the rest.

If you wish for your voucher to be sent via email as a pdf, please put that in the notes section of your order and just select 'Pick up Ballarat or Richmond' for the post option so no postage is charged.

If the recipient wishes to try on footwear, please see the individual products on our page to see where fitting stock is available for trying on to work out their size.

Please note, we are not currently doing custom footwear or accessories at this point in time.
