Gordon Heritage Logger Boot
The Story: Built for work
Details:
Introducing the Gordon Logger Boot: a serious boot engineered for those who work hard in demanding environments. Featuring a robust full-grain bovine leather upper, a durable lugged Vibram Montagna stitched and screwed sole, and a supportive high-cut profile, this boot balances all-day comfort with uncompromising strength. Whether you’re a tradesperson, maker, a lumberjack or an adventurer, the Gordon Logger is built to go the distance.
Style: Derby Logger boot 9 eyelets/hooks (like our Two-Up)
Upper: Bovine leather with fully lined quarters and vamp, and full upper vamp and full quarter upper for extra durability (thickness at heel including heel stiffener ends up being approximately 10mm). Full bellows tongue for water impenetrability and a leather lined pull tab at the rear.
Eyelets & Hooks: Choose antique brass or gun metal large hardware.
Sole: Leather mid-sole (5-5.5mm thick Italian oak-bark tanned), hand waxed, McKay Welt (Blake Rapid) with Vibram Montagna rubber sole. Sole is stitched and screwed in with brass screws. Stacked leather heel.
Stormwelt: Choose between a 270 degree stormwelt or without
Heel Shape: Choose between a traditional Woodsman Heel shape or a standard straight block heel
Laces: Choose your 185cm length lace to suit your make-up
Innersole: These boots come with a removable 3mm thick padded insert, which can be left in for comfort, or removed to suit the wearer's thicker socks or slightly deeper foot.
Kiltie: Choose whether to have a 20cm tall kiltie added to your order. Useful for resting chainsaws on in-between lumberjacking. Fully leather lined, stitched and with a flexible mild steel bar at the front to mould to the shape of the wearer.
Please note that all our footwear is made-to-order. Lead times can be found in our footer below for leather goods and footwear.
Please note that there is natural variation in colours of leather between hide to hide.
Fitting Guide:
Made on our Cameron or Gordon boot last in an E fitting. Sizing typically tends to be half a size down from what you may wear on our Cambridge last. Unless you're a wider ball measurement in which case you may prefer the same size as in our dress shoe last, or you tend to wear thicker boot socks. See the Size Guide for more information. Please also note these boots come with a removable innersole, which can help those with wider or bigger volume fits by removing this to give more space.
By Request:
If unsure about your size, please get in touch via email and we can help guide you. Please contact us with your measurements as per the FAQ Size Guide, and let us know what size you otherwise wear in dress boots (RMs), dress shoes, runners and other brands (please double check the size region and whether you're quoting in AU, US or EU so as to avoid confusion).
