Introducing the latest addition to The Wootten bag family, the Long-Haul Travel Bag. This bag sits between our Weekender and Duffle bags in size, and pays homage to vintage sports aesthetics and to tie in with our Lo-Dubs Sneakers. With its timeless design and durable materials, the Long-Haul Travel Bag is your ideal companion for weekend getaways, gym sessions, or spontaneous adventures.

Features:

Locally Sourced Bovine Leather: Crafted from locally sourced Victorian bovine leather, this bag celebrates provenance and sustainability.

Vintage Aesthetic: Inspired by old-school sports bags, the Long-Haul Travel Bag uses bold contrast stitching for reinforcing in the shape of a W, and a nostalgic silhouette.

Solid Brass: In hardware and fixtures

Feet: There are brass feet for the bottom of this bag, also suiting its reinforced leather corners and bottom.

Sturdy Handles and Adjustable Shoulder Strap: Carry it by the top handles, sling it over your shoulders or use the shoulder strap if you so please

Roomy Interior: Ample space for your essentials like clothing and toiletries, and a wide opening to the bag and an internal zip pocket to keep smaller goods contained

Please note, if choosing for the handles to be done in white or saddle tan, there will be an additional cost ($150) as this requires the straps to be laminated, which requires more work than the thicker double butt or veg-tan double butt leathers otherwise used.

You can also choose to put a brass plaque on the inside of the bag above the pocket near the top. This adds $25. Please note there is only enough space for initials on this plaque. Please write the initials on the NOTES section of your order when at the Checkout.

Please note We try to represent the leather colours as best as we can but variations in leather colour occur naturally between hide to hide. The bag will naturally have character and slight imperfections on the leather which we embrace. The bags once made can be stiff until they are used and worn in where it becomes more buttery in feel. Please allow time for this to develop with this natural material. The Veg-Tan Double butt leather will change from raw to tan over time with touch and use.

The Main Bag Colour is the main bulk colour of the bag. The Stripes are the two diagonal lines that make up the sides of the W and run straight across the smaller sides of the bag. The Corners and Base panels are exactly that, as well as the handles and shoulder strap.
